Return and Exchange Policy
Due to the on-going global pandemic, we are unable to offer refunds at the moment. Our team will be closely monitoring and continue to evaluate the situation.
However, in the event that the item you received has any defects or any damages, we will replace the unworn/unwashed item.
If you need to exchange any items with defects, send us an email at email@example.com. And we must be notified via email within 10 days of receiving your item.
Once your item is received and inspected on our end, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and we will ship out the exchanged item.
Exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered back to us.
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
